The design and concept of a series of newspaper, magazine, and website ads promoting the features and benefits of Topeka over area competitors. The occasional ad showing off our latest award attracted more attention by diverging from the campaign and by showing that national organizations recognized Topeka HomeFinder as one of the best in the nation.

The new brand identity, new website and advertising campaign increased website traffic by 20% in the first year and about 7–10% in the following years making Topeka the #1 source in the Topeka, KS area to find and sell homes.
