Human factors and usability task analysis and proposal for the University of Minnesota Bookstore. User observations, walk-throughs, and protocol analysis of key areas were used to discover visual, cognitive, decision making, and environmental human factors concerns. This data was used to create a task map and task framework before finally conducting a creative problem solving process to develop a proposal that addresses the discovered human factors concerns.
